The Mind Your Breath programme incorporates practical training in breathwork, mindfulness and embodied practices to enable frontline workers to cope with stress and overwhelm. No, previous experience is not required. The practices are carefully explained and are equally beneficial to novices and experienced practitioners alike. 

Will this clash with what I believe? All religious beliefs and orientations will be respected. The activities and practices do not clash with religious beliefs, and their application and efficiency are supported by recent scientific findings. 

Please inform us of any health issues, injuries or trauma. Activities and practices can be adjusted as needed in order for you to feel comfortable and safe.
